When gears are worn beyond repair or no longer available from the OEM, we cut new ones. Our gear cutting capability covers spur, helical, bevel, and worm gears — cut to print or reverse-engineered from worn originals. We work in steel, stainless, bronze, and specialty alloys.

All hydraulic work is bench-tested under pressure before leaving the shop.
